We collaborate with local authorities, councils, and public sector organisations to address housing needs through managed properties.
3. Landlords' Responsibilities
3.1 Property Standards
The property must meet safety, hygiene, and legal requirements as per local authority standards before entering into a guaranteed rent or management agreement.
3.2 Access to Property
Landlords must provide access to the property for inspections, viewings, and maintenance as necessary.
3.3 Insurance
Landlords are required to maintain adequate building insurance during the term of our agreement.
3.4 Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing, adhering to the notice period specified in the agreement.
4. Tenants' Responsibilities
4.1 Payment of Rent

5. Fees and Payments

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Business are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
